Daily practice of meditation from 15 to 30 minutes where my voice leads your breath and energy towards a state of consciousness and concentration may it last for a minute of eternity.
Led Primary Series and Morning Mysore
In the primary series I will guide you through a sequence of asanas (poses) and a breathing pattern that will balance your body and mind.
If you are already familiar with the series, you can come practice on your own and I will assist you during this Mysore session.
Accroyoga
Initiation to Accroyoga
Alone or with friends, come along to try out a few accrobatic poses where the 3 roles of Base, Flyer and Spotter play around to commune in this beautiful and addictive sport.
